THE ROLE 

Now, we’re on the lookout for a people-driven Engineering Manager to help lay the foundation for Engineering Management within our organization. As our Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in making the development team work even better! You’ll have the opportunity to shape team structures, define best practices, and influence how we work together. What you’ll do: 

• Lay the groundwork for Engineering Management at Haypp—define processes, best practices, and strategies. 

• Lead and mentor our development teams, creating an environment where engineers thrive and grow. 

• Be responsible for onboarding and the development of the engineers. 

• Be responsible for recruitment, staffing, and resource forecasting.  

• Drive internal tech projects to improve ways of working, efficiency, and innovation in close collaboration with Product Owners. 

• Be responsible for ensuring that development best practices are a part of the development processes and onboarding. 

• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning within the development team. 

• Set clear, ambitious targets and work with the team to reach them.
