THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Process Analyst to join our Efficiency team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind mapping, simplifying, and automating our business processes. You will collaborate closely with Automation and AI engineers to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This opportunity is perfect for a seasoned professional looking to make an impact either as an individual contributor or as a lead, managing a small team of automation engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Mapping & Analysis:

• Analyze, document, and visualize end-to-end business processes.
• Identify process bottlenecks and areas for simplification and optimization.

Process Improvement & Automation:

• Lead initiatives to re-engineer processes for automation using cutting-edge tools.
• Collaborate with Automation and AI engineers to design and implement process automation solutions.

Strategic Leadership:

• Serve as a subject matter expert, advising cross-functional teams on process design and improvement.
• Optionally, mentor and lead a small team of automation engineers, guiding them in best practices and project execution.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Communicate complex process insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in process automation and AI.
• Identify new opportunities to integrate innovative automation solutions into our workflows.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

Successful candidates also meet the following requirements

Experience:

• Proven track record in business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with or leading automation projects, with familiarity in AI-driven solutions highly desirable.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into process solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with process mapping and visualization tools.
• Experience in project management and/or leading cross-functional teams is a plus.

Education:

• A degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
