THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer who is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge automation tools and AI to streamline complex business processes. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that significantly improve operational efficiency. Experience with Microsoft’s automation platform and tools is an added advantage, though not required.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Development:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for complex business processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
Integration & Innovation:
- Utilize a range of automation tools and AI technologies to enhance and optimize business operations.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to integrate innovative automation strategies.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, business process analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of automation systems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for deployed automation solutions.
Microsoft Tools (Preferred):
- Apply experience with Microsoft’s automation platform and tools when applicable to drive enhanced business process automation.

Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and deploying automation solutions in a business environment.
- Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and various automation tools.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft’s automation platform and tools is a plus.
Education:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
