THE ROLE
We are now looking for a Team Lead – Product, Campaign & Coordination to join our central Commercial organization, reporting to the Head of Commercial Partnership. This is a newly established role within a central function in build-up mode. You will play a key role in shaping how we work across markets by building scalable structures, processes, and capabilities that enable local execution. Your mission is to ensure excellence in product launches, campaign execution, and supplier coordination – with a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, and cross-market alignment.
A key part of the role is driving the development and adoption of our digital supplier portal, enabling automation and simplification of supplier onboarding, product communication, and launch workflows. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team leadership, operational development, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced international e-commerce environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach and develop a small team with clear goals, priorities, and ways of working
Drive accountability, structure, and continuous improvement
Process Development & Scalability
Develop and implement scalable, efficient end-to-end processes across product and campaign workflows
Drive automation and digitalization of key operational flows
Lead rollout and adoption of the digital supplier portal across markets, ensuring high usage and data quality
Continuously identify opportunities to simplify and improve ways of working
Product & Campaign Coordination
Own planning and execution of product launches and campaign coordination across markets
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Act as key contact towards Category Management and other relevant functions
Ensure accuracy in product data, reporting, and compliance requirements
Build dashboards and provide insights on campaign performance, sales impact, and supplier data
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous leadership experience in operational, commercial, or coordination-heavy roles
Experience from e-commerce or fast-moving consumer environments
Experience with product launches or campaign execution at scale
Exposure to supplier management or category operations
Strong ability to structure, optimize, and scale processes in complex environments
Analytical mindset with experience working with data and cross-functional workflows
Experience with digital tools, systems, or platforms – ideally involving automation or process development
Strong stakeholder management skills in international and cross-functional environments
Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
