Haypp Group is one of the Nordics’ leading e-commerce groups with eleven store brands, present in seven countries where we serve more than 1 million active consumers. Through brands such as Snusbolaget.se, Northerner.com, Nicokick.com etc., we sell nicotine pouches, Swedish style snus online as well as disposable vapes. With our headquarters located on Östgötagatan in Stockholm we are 300 team members mainly but not exclusively based in Sweden. Also, we are an innovative and fast-moving company that is growing rapidly, driving sustainable business and are changing the world in the process. We are currently on an exciting expansion journey, converting more smokers to smoke-free alternatives across all our markets globally.
THE ROLE
The Head of Compensation & Benefits will lead the global rewards strategy, building a modern, equitable, and data-driven function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join an HR team at a pivotal moment where everything is being built from scratch to support Haypp’s ambitious global expansion.
Unlike many Comp & Ben-roles that focus on maintaining legacy systems, this position offers the chance to architect the entire infrastructure: job architecture, salary structures, incentive programs, governance, and analytics. You won’t be inheriting outdated frameworks, you’ll be designing them.
You will operate both strategically and hands-on, partnering with senior leaders to shape policies, systems, and decision tools that support fair and transparent compensation. In close collaboration with the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will drive enterprise-wide initiatives such as global grading, pay equity, and benefits harmonization.
- Launch global job architecture, grading, and salary bands
- Design STI/LTI programs and standardize benefits across markets
- Establish governance and ensure compliance
- Lead annual compensation review cycles
- Integrate HRIS/payroll and deliver analytics
- Advise senior stakeholders, build internal C&B capabilities, and grow a specialist team over time
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 6-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with global/multi-country scope
- Proven success designing reward frameworks and benefits strategies
- Experience building C&B infrastructure in scaling environments
- Deep knowledge of EU and U.S. pay transparency and compliance
- Strong skills in analytics, benchmarking, and HRIS tools
- Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability
