THE ROLE
We're looking for a Global Paid Media Lead to join Haypp Group's Acquisition team within the Marketing function and lead of how we build, govern, and scale paid marketing across markets and brands.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who has led advanced paid media or digital acquisition setups in complex, multi-market environments. As part of Haypp's Marketing Centre of Excellence, you will own the global paid media strategy, operating model, performance framework, and agency partnership.
As part of Haypp’s Marketing Centre of Excellence, you will lead the global paid media strategy, agency partnership, operating model and performance framework. Day-to-day campaign execution is handled by our global external agency, while local markets own their media budgets. Your role is to ensure that market investments are guided by strong strategic principles, clear performance standards, high-quality agency output and a consistent global model that can scale across markets.
You will work closely with local market owners and cross-functional stakeholders to connect paid media with broader acquisition efforts across SEO, CRM, Brand, Commercial, Data, and Product.
You will lead the Paid Marketing team, drive continuous performance improvements, and ensure insights, learnings, and best practices are scaled across markets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, influencing senior stakeholders, and creating scalable systems that enable growth in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Hybrid work model with in-office collaboration Tuesday to Thursday at our Stockholm office on Södermalm, balancing flexibility with strong team connection.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Evolve Haypp Group’s global paid media strategy, governance and operating model across markets, and brands
• Lead and develop the Paid Marketing team, setting direction, priorities, reporting routines, and ways of working
• Manage and develop the global agency partnership, ensuring accountability, strong collaboration, and high-quality execution
• Define global standards for planning, reporting, testing, measurement, and performance reviews across markets
•Guide market-specific paid media strategies together with local market stakeholders, ensuring local media investments are shaped by clear commercial priorities, strong performance principles and a scalable global model
• Ensure paid media investments are connected to business outcomes such as customer acquisition, CAC, LTV, profitability, and long-term growth
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, SEO, CRM, Brand, Finance, and Data teams to align media activity with business priorities
• Drive scalability improvements across feeds, creative workflows, campaign automation and operational processes together with the agency and internal stakeholders
• Ensure paid media activities comply with local regulatory requirements and internal governance processes
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping the organization understand how paid media can drive growth and create business value
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• You bring extensive experience from paid media, digital marketing, performance marketing, or acquisition leadership roles
• You have built, led, or scaled paid acquisition programs in complex, multi-market organizations
• You have experience managing and influencing through agency partners and multiple stakeholder groups
• You understand how paid media fits into a broader acquisition ecosystem including SEO, CRM, Brand, Data, and Commercial functions
• You have strong hands-on knowledge of channels such as Google Ads, Shopping, paid social, programmatic, affiliate, or retail media
• You combine strong commercial acumen with analytical thinking and can connect media investments to growth, profitability, CAC, LTV, and incrementality
• You are experienced in building scalable frameworks, governance models, and ways of working
• Experience from regulated industries is an advantage, but not a requirement
• You are fluent in English
