Through brands such as Snusbolaget.se, Northerner.com, Nicokick.com etc., we sell nicotine pouches, Swedish style snus online as well as disposable vapes. With our headquarters located on Östgötagatan in Stockholm we are 300 team members mainly but not exclusively based in Sweden. THE ROLE
As the Retail Media Lead at Haypp Group, you will be the strategic architect behind our rapidly evolving retail media ecosystem. With a footprint spanning 7 countries and 16 e-commerce platforms, we are looking for a visionary leader to scale our current offering into a world-class advertising network.
You won't just be managing a product, you’ll be bridging the gap between technology, data, and commercial execution. Your mission is to maximize the value of our first-party data and digital real estate, creating a seamless experience for our brand partners while driving significant incremental revenue for the Group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the global retail media strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance our current offering across all 16 platforms.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the central hub between Tech, Marketing, and Data teams to build scalable ad tech solutions and measurement frameworks.
Regional Leadership: Provide guidance and best practices to Local Retail Media Managers, ensuring global consistency with local relevance.
Product Development: Partner with the Product and Tech teams to implement new ad formats (on-site, off-site, and social) and improve self-service capabilities.
Data Monetisation: Work closely with the Data team to refine audience segmentation and attribution modelling, proving ROI for our brand partners.
Commercial Excellence: Support the sales process by developing compelling media kits, pricing strategies, and performance reporting standards.

The Connector: You speak the language of marketing, commercial, developers & data scientists equally well.
The Strategist: You don't just look at today's revenue, you’re looking at how retail media trends will shift over the next three to five years.
The Executor: You are comfortable navigating the complexity of a multi-market, multi-platform environment and can drive projects to completion.
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
Experience: 8+ years in Retail Media, AdTech, or E-commerce strategy.
Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of ad servers, SSP/DSPs, and first-party data activation
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights for advertisers.
Leadership: Proven track requirement in managing stakeholders in a matrixed or international organization.
Communication: Fluent in English, ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
