Haypp Group is one of the Nordics’ leading e-commerce groups with eleven store brands, present in seven countries where we serve more than 1 million active consumers. Through brands such as Snusbolaget.se, Northerner.com, Nicokick.com etc., we sell nicotine pouches, Swedish style snus online as well as disposable vapes. With our headquarters located on Östgötagatan in Stockholm we are 300 team members mainly but not exclusively based in Sweden. Also, we are an innovative and fast-moving company that is growing rapidly, driving sustainable business and are changing the world in the process. We are currently on an exciting expansion journey, converting more and more smokers to smoke-free alternatives across all our markets globally.
THE ROLE
As E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Haypp.com’s growth across the DACH region. Your mission is not only to drive regional sales but also to lay the foundation for future expansion by building and strengthening the local e-commerce infrastructure. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, shape strategies, and implement initiatives that directly contribute to Haypp Group’s ambitious growth targets.
This is a remote role offered as a fixed term contract for one year, starting in early 2026, with the possibility of becoming permanent as we continue to expand in the region. Although our German team is distributed across the country and works fully remotely, we stay closely connected and collaborate daily to drive Haypp’s growth in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of e-commerce and site performance – both daily operations and cross-functional projects
- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate online sales, including market research and campaign creation
- Maintain high site hygiene to boost conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement strategic market plans
- Analyse customer behaviour and campaign results to optimize content and offerings in line with budget
- Content planning for the DACH markets
- Lead strategic projects within the DACH region
- Monitor traffic acquisition and ensure marketing initiatives meet and exceed targets
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or related field (Master/MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in e-commerce or related fields, with a track record of driving online sales in the DACH market
- A marketeer mindset with the ability to identify the needs of the customers and put actions in place to address them
- Understanding of e-commerce best practices including SEO, CRM, and CRO
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across countries
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize among multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and ability to translate data into action
- Attention to detail in data analysis and customer communications
- Fluent in English and German
