THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can bring together creativity and strategy to deliver outstanding campaigns. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping our media approach end-to-end, from selecting the right media agency partner to working hand-in-hand with creative teams to ensure every campaign connects with our audience and drives results.
What you'll do:
- Lead agency selection: Identify, evaluate, and onboard the right agency partner(s).
- Build the media strategy: Define objectives, set KPIs, and create an integrated plan across digital, social, and traditional channels, per in scope markets.
- Champion creativity: Collaborate closely with creative partners to ensure media plans and creative assets work seamlessly together.
- Deliver campaigns: Oversee planning, execution, and optimization to ensure campaigns are on brief, on budget, and on time.
- Manage performance: Monitor spend, track results, and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate across teams: Work with brand, product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistency and impact across every channel.
What we’re looking for:
- 7-12 years hands-on broad marketing experience. Ecommerce required with experience in FMCG
- Proven experience in marketing management with a strong focus on media strategy and execution.
- Experience running multi-market campaigns, preferably across Europe
- Experience working in scaleup environment
- A creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into effective media and campaign strategies.
- Experience working closely with creative teams or agencies.
- Knowledge of a broad range of channels (digital, social, search, TV, OOH, audio & print).
- Strong project management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions.
