THE ROLE

This is a unique opportunity to become a member of a strong internal SEO team - one of the largest in the Nordics - where both local and global strategies come together.

You’ll be surrounded by experienced SEO specialists and given the chance to learn, grow, and evolve within the field. But we also expect you to bring something to the table -whether it’s fresh ideas, technical know-how, or a sharp content mindset. Your contribution will help shape our strategy and push our performance to the next level.

As we are focusing on efficiency and scalability, AI-tools are becoming a larger part of our work processes. You possess a genuine interest in the dynamics in utilizing AI in tools for SEO.

Execution and implementation of SEO strategies

• Follow up and fine tune link strategies, on-page and off page
• Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and align with our SEO strategy.
• Keep the SEO hygiene level high on the sites. E.g. conducting site audits, fixing internal linking etc.
• Proactively monitor the need of producing new and improved on page content to improve rankings, also outside current plan (Based on prioritization of SEO value)
• Being a part of defining and acting on our content plan together with our Content team. Utilizing AI to keep efficiency and quality high
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure our e-commerce sites maintain a competitive edge in search engine rankings.
• We are one of the market leaders in SEO practices and you will work with best-in-class colleagues that can offer loads of knowledge exchange.

The demand for healthier alternatives to smoking has never been higher. To make Haypp Group excel you’ll work closely with senior SEO specialists and a lot of other stakeholders around the organization. As we are scaling there is a lot of potential, both in terms of growing on a personal level, but also in getting opportunities to work with completely new and unexplored markets.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

For the role as SEO Specialist we are looking for someone with passion for SEO. We expect you to come with a basic understanding of the evolution of search and the benefits of thinking about search holistically.

In order to succeed in this role, we believe that you possess the following qualifications:

• Experience from working with SEO for more than 1 year, beneficial with SEO for E-commerce
• A mindset to create efficient ways of working to further scale our efforts
• Experienced in Keyword research
• On-page optimization and content recommendations
• Know your way around tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog and/or similar tools.
• Good understanding of content- and link audits.
• Collaborative and communicative in cross-functional environments
• Analytical mindset with a creative edge
• Highly structured and a “get things done” mentality
• Experience of working in CMS for e-commerce sites
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Bonus qualifications:

• You are familiar with SEO and/or e-commerce for our type of products; Nicotine pouches and/or Vape
