THE ROLE 

As our Ecommerce Merchandiser for the UK market, your mission is to drive online sales growth by delivering a seamless and inspiring onsite experience for our customers. You'll play a pivotal role in positioning Haypp.com as a category leader in nicotine pouches and vape products – balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution when it comes to visual merchandising. 

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Content & SEO, CRM, and Performance Marketing to optimize product presentation, onsite journeys, campaign execution and more. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape the local e-commerce roadmap while rolling up your sleeves to get things done. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Full ownership for E-com and site performance - both a daily operation basis, but also in projects together with trans functional departments. 

• Partner with SEO and Content teams to execute high-impact initiatives that improve discoverability, ranking, and onsite engagement, while also providing hands-on support aligned with their priorities.  

• Collaborate with UX, CRM, and Store teams to ensure intuitive site navigation, conversion-friendly layouts, and engaging customer journeys  

• Performing a consistent daily on-site maintenance & hygiene level to boost conversion rate. 

• Ensure consistent brand representation across the site, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy  

• Analyse site performance, traffic data, and customer behaviour to uncover insights and inform decisions  

• Content planning & on-site management for Haypp UK.  

Ecommerce Merchandiser at Haypp Group is a hands-on role that requires someone who will create the best-in-class site curation, digital landscape and shopping experience.  The ideal candidate will be a strong individual with an eye for detail, who is an excellent project manager and above all a doer. 

 
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

If you're entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, people oriented, and passionate about shaping the future of e-commerce – we want to hear from you. 

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, E-commerce or a related field.  

• Proven hands-on experience in e-commerce merchandising or online trading, ideally within a UK consumer-focused business. 

• Proven experience with e-commerce CMS platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, Easify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.) 

• Someone with a commercial mindset and very detail oriented. 

• Understanding (or strong eagerness to learn quickly) of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, CRM, and CRO. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues working on a different country. 

• A self-starter attitude: organized, resourceful, and always ready to roll up your sleeves. 

• Good Excel /PowerPoint skills with the capability to translate numbers into action 

• Fluent in English.
