THE ROLE
You’ll join a well versed, “jack of all trades” team called the Solutions team, our scope is wide, reaching from e-com integrations, endpoint management, procurements to installing network equipment in our four warehouses. The solution department sorts under the Tech Department and works closely with multiple departments in the company.
As a Junior Support Engineer in the Solutions team, you will be working with a wide range of departments, amazing co-workers, and a high variation of tasks. Your main objective is to give our co-workers within Haypp a helping technical hand, resolving issues high to low. This can vary from replacing a HDMI cable, troubleshoot why outlook is not working as expected, onboard a new co-worker by helping to setup their gear, to remotely restore computers across the Atlantic. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a wide range of IT projects outside of the day-to-day together with our senior engineers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to IT issues, including hardware maintenance, software, and networking.
- Help set up, install, and configure hardware and software systems according to specifications.
- Provide technical assistance and training to users to improve their computer skills.
- Work on IT projects together with Cloud Workspace Engineers.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues on-site or remotely.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure they run smoothly.
- Document actions taken to resolve IT issues to develop a solutions database and for future reference.
- Escalate complex issues to Cloud Workspace Engineers.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance tasks on company devices and systems.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of IT documentation, including procedural guides and manuals
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
- A good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Knowledge of network management, system maintenance, and user support.
- Experience from support ticket systems like Jira.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- The ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
- Knowledge in endpoint management using tools like Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and SIEM tools such as Microsoft Sentinel are a plus.
- Ability to work 100% on-site or hybrid remote with a minimum of 3 days/week in the Stockholm office
