THE ROLE
As a Data Analyst at Haypp Group, you will join the Haypp Lab team, our in-house insight division Haypp Lab that has the overall responsibility of providing both the internal organization and our external partners with actionable insights. We deliver data and analyses that drive both ours and our partners businesses forward. As a Data Analyst your responsibility will be to dive into the data and find customer patterns, unidentified consumer needs and much more. As a part of Haypp Lab you will work side by side with a team of highly skilled colleagues with a wide range of skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Our e-commerce platforms are optimized and best in class. In addition, we have a cutting-edge insights platform where we also provide insights for our external partner to better understand consumers, to develop better products. We are currently the world’s leading insights provider when it comes to nicotine.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally and with external clients to identify business opportunities that can be solved with data.
- Translate data into actionable insights and communicate the findings to relevant stakeholders using appropriate visualization.
- The ideal candidate possess and can utilize SQL data to extract, analyze, and interpret the data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and optimization opportunities.
- Provide team members with proposed commercial actions based on transactional & customer data from our platforms.
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Experience in customer management and being comfortable presenting data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL programming for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience or willingness to learn programming languages like R or Python for data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience building intuitive presentations to visualize data.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Solid Powerpoint presentation skills
