THE ROLE
We are looking for our next star to our Business Controls team which supports the Haypp Group organization with financial insights and continuously work to improve the financial performance of the Group.
As a Business controller will be responsible to provide detailed financial analysis for the business unit managers and support decision making. As part of the role you will be responsible for the Business units P&L (with particular attention to pricing, product margins, consumer profitability) and working capital management. You will translate the strategy to daily decision making and ensure that the company hits the right balance between growth and profitability.

Following are some of the responsibilities of the team:
• Analyse the P&L and highlight improvement opportunities
• Daily cooperation with the commercial and partnerships team and provide support to jointly deliver the operational and financial targets for the Business Unit.
• Hands on pricing management, following competitive landscape a propose opportunities in line with the business unit objectives.
• ROI analysis and follow up on investment efficiency
• Perform regular planning cycles
• Plan/ actual deviation analysis
• Continuously challenge current ways of working and drive for improvements to ensure that the team raises with the company.
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
We believe you have experience in controlling/commercial finance in FMCG sector (E-com is a great advantage). As a person, you are thorough where necessary and a quick problem solver when needed. You’re able to manage complexity and translate financial lingo for non-finance people to provide good service to your colleagues.
Successful candidates also meets the following requirements:
- Min 3 years of experience in controlling/commercial finance
- Ability to break down complex problems and communicate clearly
- Data driven, good analytical capabilities
- E-com experience is an advantage
