THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid years of experience in marketing and media management, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and maximizing revenue opportunities through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement retail media strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across the Haypp Group ecosystem.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial partnerships, marketing, business unit managers and creative teams to align retail media initiatives with overall business objectives.

• Traffic, manage and optimize advertising campaigns within the Haypp Group ecosystem, using the latest and most advance ad-serving technologies within retail media.

• Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and effectiveness.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail media partners, providing creative and campaign recommendations for improvement.

• Lead the development of creative assets and content tailored for retail media channels, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.

• Develop and manage budgets for retail media campaigns, tracking expenses and reporting on financial performance.

• Monitor regulatory compliance and industry guidelines related to our industry as well as retail media advertising, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.

• Upskill the business on performance marketing, ensuring stakeholders understand channel objectives and benefits.

• Help drive forward retail media through innovation, ensuring Haypp Group continues to be at the forefront within the nicotine industry and the media industry as a whole.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.

• Solid years of experience in retail marketing, advertising, or media management, with a focus on digital channels.

• Proven track record of executing successful (retail) media campaigns and driving measurable results.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of retail industry trends, consumer behaviour, and e-commerce dynamics.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
